This led to him founding Nuusa - determined to bridge the gap for early careers so that everyone is able to thrive.

Raj is an award-winning senior inclusion, culture and employee experience leader working across a portfolio of advisory, associate and governance roles. She helps organisations turn inclusion ambition into stronger performance, better decision-making and reduced risk.

Her expertise lies in embedding inclusion into organisational architecture, leadership behaviour, capability, accountability and cultural controls, ensuring strategy translates into measurable, real-world outcomes.
